Dr. Abby Regner
is originally from Central New York where she grew up on a dairy farm, it was here she learned to love and respect animals. Deciding to pursue a future as a veterinarian she attended Cornell University and graduated in 2012 with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Abby started her career in Veterinary Medicine as an associate Veterinarian and continued on as medical director. She enjoyed not only practicing medicine but also growing and empowering individuals. Dr. Abby spent time outside of the animal hospital offering consulting services to other veterinary medical directors along the east coast to provide guidance on developing their team members.
In 2020, Dr. Abby decided to take her career in a new direction and started her own business called "Parting Paws." Parting Paws offers end of life care to dogs and cats. This started as a passion project but has led her to truly finding a purpose in not only her professional life but personal as well. To complement her work with Parting Paws Dr. Abby serves as Dr. Love's backup and provides relief veterinarian services with the wonderful team at Love Animal Hospital.
Outside of work she loves to be active, be outside and with her pups; Charlie and Flopsy.
